A Brief History About Art + Architecture
In 2020 I started a real estate photography business called Tennessee Real Estate Visuals to serve the media needs of real estate agents all across the state of Tennessee.
The principle of my business was, is, and always will be to provide—very sincerely—the best possible client service a media company can give, coupled with the very best media in the industry.
At that time my focus (no pun intended) was mostly on photography because a great real estate listing has to start and end with great photography. Over the past three years, we have grown substantially both in the number of clients and brokerages we service, and also in the services that we offer to our clients.
We are now a full-service media company which offers photography, videography, drone work, floor plans, Matterport 360° tours, virtual staging, and much more.
We went through a re-brand during the spring of 2023 to more accurately reflect what we do. We have always strived to bring art to architecture, and so I changed the name of the company to Art + Architecture (which, if you’re wondering, is pronounced art and architecture).

A Bit About My Background and Philosophy
Photography is really my thing. I've been capturing beautiful places for more than forty years. I shoot residential and commercial real estate, architecture, landscapes, and historic places. I'm originally from Colorado, but I've called Nashville home for over a decade.
First and foremost, I believe in giving what I like to call fanatical customer service. You're hiring my company to make your listing shine. My goal is to make that process as simple as it can be and to provide the kind of service that makes not only your listing shine but puts a smile on your face.
I believe in keeping things simple. Our prices are very easy to understand (you won't need a math degree here). I don't charge silly fees for reschedules or cancelations. Real estate is fast-paced and can change from one moment to the next. I refuse to penalize my clients just because something suddenly changes.
A real estate media company, like a real estate business, is a business built on fostering relationships with people. Our goal isn't just to photograph your listing. Ultimately our goal is to build a working relationship with you based on trust and phenomenal service that gives you the confidence to use Art + Architecture for all your listings.
They say it's all about first impressions. That adage absolutely applies to your listing, and it's more true now than ever before. In an age where your listing will very likely be seen many thousands of times on a tiny screen before anyone sets foot inside the door, first impressions truly matter.
